Mike McDuffie isn’t just another technician – he’s your neighbor here in Powell, Tennessee, with over 5 years of dedicated experience in the auto glass industry. His journey began at Safelite, where he spent a year and a half perfecting his craft and understanding what customers really needed.
But Mike’s auto glass education started much earlier. Throughout his mid-20s, he learned the trade from his uncle, who successfully operated a glass business in South Florida for 20 years. This combination of corporate training and family business wisdom gives Mike a unique perspective on delivering exceptional service.
When he’s not replacing windshields, you might find Mike riding his motorcycle through the Tennessee hills, hitting the dirt bike trails, or spending quality time with his family and their Maltipoo, Adventure. As a Florida Gators fan living in Big Orange Country, Mike brings the same good-natured competitive spirit to his business – always striving to be the best while keeping things friendly and fun.
